Before the winner of America’s Got Talent Season 13 is announced, let’s take a look back at those who came before.

Here’s what’s going on with all 12 previous victorious competitors.

Season 12 — Darci Lynne Foster

Teen ventriloquist Darci Lynne Foster was announced the winner of America’s Got Talent Season 12 in 2017. After her headline show in Sin City, she hit the road for a national tour that reportedly had to be extended due to the high-demand for tickets.

Even with her busy schedule, Darci has found time to give back. In June, Oklahoma’s News 4 reported that she’d popped by the Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital in Bethany, Oklahoma to perform with friends for patients and their families.

Season 11 — Grace VanderWaal

In the season 11 finale for America’s Got Talent, Grace VanderWaal wowed viewers and judges with a ukulele performance. She ultimately emerged victorious, defeating competitors Sal Valentinetti, Brian Justin Crum, Jon Dorenbos and The Clairvoyants.

Grace continued to release new music. She recently released a single called Clearly.

She also collaborated with Fender on a line of signature ukuleles.

Grace's hard work hasn't gone unnoticed. She recently won her first Teen Choice Award.

Season 10 — Paul Zerdin

Paul Zerdin won season 10 of America’s Got Talent with his ventriloquism. After his headlining shows in Vegas, Paul continues to travel around the world performing with his puppets.

He recently made headlines for blasting an airline on Instagram for losing his luggage three times.

In his video, Paul said: ‘Here I am at Lisbon airport having just got off a British Airways flight from London’s Heathrow and my Peli case with all my gear didn’t make it onto it….This is the third time British Airways has lost my luggage.’

He noted: ‘Not a connecting flight. A direct flight.’

Paul was on his way to a cruise ship headed for the Spanish island of Cadiz where he was performing.

‘If [the luggage] doesn’t make it to Cadiz, then there’s going to be no show. Frankly, I despair,’ he said.

‘I need my luggage. Please British Airways, please get it to me tomorrow in Cadiz. Please, I beg you.’

The puppets did arrive in time for the show.

Season nine — Mat Franco

Magician Mat Franco excelled in season nine of America’s Got Talent, defeating Emily West, AcroArmy, Sons of Serendip, Quintavious Johnson and Miguel Dakota.

Since being crowned an America’s Got Talent winner, Mat has been performing at the Linq Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. He’s planning a brief tour this winter that will include a stop in Atlantic City, New Jersey and Biloxi Missouri.

Kenichi Ebina won America’s Got Talent in Season eight. The dancer defeated Taylor Williamson, Jimmy Rose, Forte, Collins Key and Cami Bradley.

Kenichi continues to travel and dance. He recently performed a show in Okinawa, Japan.

Season seven — Olate Dogs

Season seven of America’s Got Talent went to the dogs — the Olate Dogs, that is. The furry competitors won the show with help from owners Richard Olate and his son Nicholas Olate.

In the final round, the dogs performed a riveting act alongside their owners. They beat Tom Cotter, William Close, David Garibaldi and his CMYK’s, Joe Castillo and The Untouchables.

The dogs continue to tour, though the majority of their shows are in California. They’re also available for booking.

Season six — Landau Eugene Murphy Jr

Jazz singer Landau Eugene Murphy Jr was crowned the winner of season six of America’s Got Talent.

After the show, he was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence following an alleged golf club attack. He claimed the attack was in self-defense. The incident occurred in Whitman, West Virginia.

He and the mother of his child had been arguing about caring for their child after he claimed he was leaving. Their argument escalated as the woman tried to exit Murphy Jr’s home.

The alleged victim said she was slapped and struck with a golf club by the singer. The New York Daily News later reported that the charges were dropped.

Landau continues to tour and release music. His latest project, That’s Life, is currently available here.

He has shows coming up in Las Vegas, Nevada; Monticello, New York; Enola, Pennsylvania; and Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Season five — Michael Grimm

Soul singer Michael Grimm won season five of America’s Got Talent. He defeated Jackie Evancho, who was widely considered a favorite to win.

Michael is currently performing shows in Las Vegas, Nevada; Texas; and Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Season four — Kevin Skinner

Kevin Skinner, a country musician from Kentucky, won season four of America’s Got Talent. After his headline show, he struggled a bit.

According to Gold Derby, Kevin got divorced from his wife not long after the show wrapped. He also faced a battle with his mental health.

For the most part, Kevin keeps a low profile. He doesn’t appear to have much of a social media presence.

Season three — Neal E Boyd

Neal E Boyd won season three of America’s Got Talent by winning the judges over with his powerful voice.

Years after he appeared on the Fox competition series, the singer was found dead in his mother’s home in Sikeston, Missouri in June. According to CNN, Neal suffered from heart failure, kidney failure and liver issues.

Prior to his death, Neal released a single album called My American Dream. He also ran for a seat in the Missouri House of Representatives twice, but lost.

Around the time he died he was said to be trying to crowdsource his next album. He claimed in a Facebook post that he was also recovering from a car accident that nearly claimed his life in 2017.

Season two — Terry Fator

Terry Fator was the second person to ever win America’s Got Talent. The impressionist/ventriloquist did a duet with Kermit the Frog in the finale to win.

He had puppet Johnny Vegas sing You’ve Got a Friend while doing an impression of James Taylor.

Terry is currently doing shows in Las Vegas, Nevada with his puppets.

Season one — Bianca Ryan

Bianca Ryan was the first to win a season of America’s Got Talent. The pop singer impressed the judges with her vocal skills before heading out into the world to release music.

Her first album, Bianca Ryan, was relatively successful. It featured And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going, which she covered in her America’s Got Talent auditions.

According to Gold Derby, in 2016 Bianca was found to be at risk for esophageal cancer. She underwent surgery to try and avoid the problem.

In 2017 she told Hollywood Life she was working on another album. She released a single called Remember in May.
